This nine-foot rod is designed for a #8 line. Incredibly smooth casting, the 908s has a progressive action that delivers unmatched performance, with both the power and finesse to fish even the most challenging situations. The model 908 has the power and backbone to cast those sink tips and weighted flies. The moderately hollowed sections reduce weight while retaining the powerful character of the rod. A great choice for steelhead or light salmon. This rod has lots of backbone and is one of my favorite light salmon rods. This rod is available in a 3 or 4 piece configuration.
