Description
A new Weymouth Rod Works signature model serial #2307. This 2-pc, 2-tip rod is 8’ 0″, and built for 4 wt line. The finished rod weighs 4.0 ounces and has a medium fast action. done in a hex configuration. The rod is new and only lawn cast.
The cane is a light coffee tone finished with spar varnish and offset with hazel brown silk tipped with light olive silks. The deluxe signature wrap sports repeating bands of brown and olive wraps cumulating in the model name and maker.
The flor grade grip is a cigar style and is 6 1/2” long. The nickel silver downlocking sliding band reel seat is coupled with a mortised spalted maple hardwood seat spacer balancing nicely with the light coffee toned cane. The rod is finished in oxidized hardware and step-down ferrules giving the rod a sleek overall appearance.
The rod packs into a WRW distinctive WRW embroidered twill rod bag. Add a deluxe quality brass capped anodized aluminum tube for an additional $200.
