This eight-foot six-inch rod designed for a 7wt line is a powerhouse. A very capable rod, the model 867 has the backbone to throw those streamers and sweepers from a canoe or drift boat then pick up that heavy line from the water and pop it back with ease and accuracy. This is also a great rod for throwing those big heavy flies/poppers to the waiting Bass and Pike.
