Description

This 11 foot Spey rod is designed for a #300-375 grain line is the equivalent of a 5 – 6 wt. Designed with a progressive medium/fast action, that allows the angler to utilize the power in the mid section thru to the butt of the rod to smoothly harnesses the energy of the rod to the line. This rod is great for steelhead or light salmon. This hollowed rod has lots of backbone and is one of my favorite Steelhead rods. Feeling the pull or grab of a fish while tight lining a long lined swinging fly is exhilarating. The excitement of the hook set, doing battle right through the release, is a feeling second to none.
